What is a domain and how do I register one?

A domain is your website's address (example: yourbusiness.com). To register, search an available name via your registrar, choose a registration term (1–10 years), and complete checkout. You become the domain holder for the registration term.

How do I transfer a domain to Haznox / another registrar?

To transfer: unlock the domain at your current registrar, obtain the transfer (EPP) code, ensure WHOIS contact is up-to-date, then initiate transfer with us. Transfers may take 3–7 days; some TLDs require a 60-day wait after registration.

What is DNS propagation and how long does it take?

DNS propagation is the time it takes for DNS changes (nameserver or record updates) to reach global DNS servers. Typically 1–48 hours; in rare cases up to 72 hours. TTL settings and ISP caching affect speed.

Which hosting type is right for my site?
